Very friendly staff even when it is busy, great food and the view from the terrace is simply awesome.

Was there on Sunday, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The pizza was delicious but the tiramisu, homemade by "Mama", is highly recommended. One point deduction because there was a waiting time despite the reservation.

The service was very good, the hygiene concept implemented very well and the food was really delicious ... we were very satisfied!

We were spontaneously at the Bella Casa for lunch today. The two of us had a portion of bruscetta as a starter. The main course is a dish from the menu of the day and one from the normal menu. Both dishes were reasonably priced, very tasty and the presentation of the dishes was exceptional.

Was there for the first time. We were served immediately. The food came quickly. It tasted very good. Service friendly. We recommend!

We were there on 8/28/2020 with 3 adults and 3 children to eat. We were also given a nice table with a view of the lake. Unfortunately, there is no trace of the much-praised Italian charm there. Mass processing without friendliness. Fast, fast and rather meaningless, almost unfriendly service. The male colleagues tried to be kind ... The bruschetta and tomato soup were delicious. Lasagna and tortellini really bad. The waitress forgot to eat! Pizza was also tasty. After an eternity, the plates were finally cleared away. Although 4 plates were still more than half full, they did not ask whether it was tasty or what would have been more appropriate, which was not okay. Espresso was great. For this bad, unfriendly "service" you only get 1 star ? anything else would be a lie. By the way, the prices are also unreasonable. Too bad. We were very disappointed.

Very tasty food and the best location on the lake at normal prices. Staff all highly professional and friendly! It couldn't be better!

The food was very good and the service was very friendly. One waiter wore a face mask under his nose, the other under his chin and another wore none at all. In view of the current situation, the staff should be more correct, so there is a point deduction.

Good Italian right on the lake. Here you will be full of a salad. Unfortunately, we had to do without the delicious dessert. Very friendly service, the food doesn't take too long and the seat on the terrace with a view over the city lake is wonderful.

The food is very good in taste and appearance. The surrounding, unfortunately, a bit uneasy. Little things are also noticeable, such as: only one card for two people, one of two breadsticks that were brought to the table was already torn open, the pizza rolls a little too hard. Too bad, because the potential for 5 stars is always there. I will come back again.

Great location right on the lake, good service, fresh and varied cuisine, outdoor terrace with seating overlooking the lake, prices are absolutely fair.

Awful service. The waiter was rude and rushed. Was our anniversary meal and was ruined . We were made to feel uncomfortable and very unwelcome. Very strange... the waiter even told the family on the table next to us to be quiet ! They were just chatting . To be fair the food was good but wasn't enjoyed because we felt so uncomfortable. Complete waste of money!

One of our favorite restaurants in Waldsee. Gerne eat good, friendly service, and a nice view of the lake.

This restaurant is very well attended, but we didn't have to wait long. The prices are a little above average, but is okay with this view of the city lake. The starter was very good and the pizzas delicious, but served with a little oil. Worth a visit all round.

nice restaurant at the lake. Food is above standard and extremely reasonable priced fir the quality. I had the Saltimbocca alla Romana and my wife the Tortelloni con Salmone allo Zafferano. (as usually when Hungry photo after first bit... oh well...) But we were extremely happy with the quality and taste of the food. Wine list is OK.

Good food & a cosy place. I just loved the quality of the pizza here. One will have to either know Italian or German as their menu card is also in German only & very few staff speak English.
